DELIVERY
We aim to post stock items within 2 days of receipt of order. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Please telephone in advance for urgent orders or check our show dates for when we are away at shows with limited access to orders and emails. Bespoke items normally take 6 weeks but can take up to 12 weeks for delivery during busy periods.
RETURNS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please return in original condition, boxed and unworn within 30 days (as per Consumer Rights Act 2015) Postage (duty and tax) is not refundable and we advise returning items Signed For, second class. Bespoke items can only be refunded if measurements are deemed inaccurate. TBR take no responsibility for inaccurate measurements by the customer. International Returns – The Boot Room will not be liable for any return postage or import/tax duties. If returning your boots please make sure the parcel is marked as Return. If it is not marked correctly then the import duty/tax will be deducted from your refund.
