How can I Pay? All payments are processed in GBP. We accept PayPal, Visa Delta, Maestro and MasterCard. I have a knee/hip problem, could the insole be raised to accommodate? Yes, subject to agreement with manufacturer. We have, in the past, catered for a customer requiring a 6mm height adjustment to the inside of one boot. My feet are different sizes, can you accommodate? Yes My Bespoke Boots don’t fit, can they be returned? Yes if the measurements are inaccurate to those agreed in the order. We, unfortunately, cannot offer a return for a “change of mind” on bespoke orders.
